What this website is

This website describes what we make and the equipment we make it on. It is for information. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a quotation, or a commitment to take on any particular job.

Machine details, capacity figures and process descriptions on this site are given in good faith and describe our position at the time of writing. Equipment, capacity and available processes change. If a specific figure matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing before you rely on it.

Enquiries and quotations

Sending us an enquiry through this website does not create a contract between us. It starts a conversation.

Any quotation we give you is a separate document with its own terms, prices, lead times and validity period. Where a quotation, purchase order or supply agreement says something different from this website, that document is what counts.

We may decline an enquiry, and we are not obliged to give a reason.

Using this website

You may look at the site, and print or download pages of it for your own business use in evaluating us as a supplier. Beyond that, please do not:

• Copy, republish or redistribute any part of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with anyone else's use of it, or gets around its security.
• Send automated traffic, scrape the site at scale, or attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not public.

What you send us

When you send an enquiry, you confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you are entitled to send us whatever you have included.

Please do not put confidential drawings, specifications or pricing into the enquiry form. It is an ordinary web form, not a secure exchange. If you need to share confidential material, email us and we will agree a suitable way to do it, including a confidentiality agreement if you want one.

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, information you send us through this website is not treated as confidential. This does not affect any confidentiality agreement already signed between us, which continues to apply on its own terms.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including the text, photographs, illustrations, layout and the Eka Metalform name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. Nothing on this site gives you any right to use our name, logo or branding.

Drawings and specifications you supply to us remain yours. We use them to quote and to manufacture your parts, and for nothing else.

We try to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

If we link to another website, it is because we thought it might be useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
